Martina Goehring: In my e-Learning 2.0 panel in which providers were the Web 2.0 not only have long been in their portfolio, but even (inspired ) users of Web 2.0 are, have shown very critical of the limits that are not technological, but the corporate cultures, cultures often distrust in the company are determined that we must exceed. The much coaching, education, motivation requires at all levels. My personal impression is that the users would be prepared for change .....
