Glorious sunshine and temperatures finally, where even a glimpse of the spring that yesterday on Sunday Farah and me persuaded to take a short walk . We went to the Reichenau. Very close to the Basilica of St. George, I parked and we are going left. First, we have had from a nearby hill a beautiful view of the lake and the island before we then went towards the lake. It was late afternoon and the Sun glowed in a very warm and pleasant light, bathing the landscape in this hot orange, one that lies entirely forgotten the still cool air.
Luckily I had my new camera there and was Farah and I used the great atmosphere and the stunning scenery and we have some Photos made. Farah has, as you can see, made a few shots of me, but I also Farah could get them to let their picture taken once. The partially frozen lake, the sedge withered away and the warm glow of the sun provided a beautiful Contrast. I like this time of new beginning with the best and I look forward each year to the new fresh green that we may soon enjoy again, the spring scents and pleasant temperatures, and soon to return more airy, casual clothes possible.
