Ladies and Gentlemen,
Mrs. Eleanor Fletcher and I, as two of the three former children in care at the Round Table residential care (RTH), and Mr Jürgen Bever fjords and Mr. Rolf Breitfeld, as two of the three alternates, to appeal to you, Mr. President of the Bundestag and the present members of this House, our financial compensation proposals as they stand in the final report of the RTH to take account of parliamentary implementation.
